I hold a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Family Studies, and I'm a graduate of the Integrative Psychotherapy program at the University of Haifa, with broad expertise across therapeutic disciplines. I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, loss and life transitions, body image and self-esteem, crises and decision-making, relationship challenges, and trauma and PTSD. Through my work at a nonprofit providing mental health support, I've gained deep insight into the transformative power of therapy. All sessions are held online.
My approach centers on the deep connection between mind and body. I use integrative methods to help clients reconnect with their needs, understanding that each person is unique. I focus on building self-empowerment and self-containment through open dialogue that allows clients to express their emotions freely.
Duration depends on the nature of the challenges and how deeply you wish to explore. Focused issues may require short-term, targeted work, while broader challenges may benefit from a longer process. I'm committed to equipping you with tools so you can continue growing independently.
Absolutely. Everything shared in session is held in complete confidentiality. This is a foundational principle, and I uphold it fully. The therapeutic space is your safe, private space.
We focus on practical tools for navigating crises and processing trauma, reconnecting with your inner strength, identifying capabilities, and moving toward well-being. These include: active listening, a safe dialogue space, behavioral pattern identification, expanding awareness, body-awareness practices, relaxation techniques, and guided imagery.
We explore how emotions, thoughts, and personal history affect well-being while strengthening resilience. Together, we integrate practical tools to help you navigate trauma, loss, separation, or major life transitions, building inner capability and expanding self-awareness.
Sessions are 350 ILS (~$95 USD) for 50 minutes. This is private practice, not covered by public healthcare. The initial consultation is an opportunity to meet and see if we're a good fit.
All sessions are held online, from the comfort of your home. Online sessions offer full flexibility, save commute time, and are especially suited for anyone seeking a safe, private space.
